The Palace of the traditional ruler of Ifitedunu in Anambra State was yesterday set ablaze by yet-to-be-identified hoodlums.
The palace is that of his Royal Highness, Chukwuemekalum Ilounoegbunam who is the traditional head of the autonomous community.
Reports from eyewitnesses indicate that the attackers also burnt down the official car of the monarch.
The reason for the attack is yet unknown.
There has been no official reports yet from the traditional ruler or the Anambra State Government.
