The traditional ruler of Umuezie community of Nguru Mbaise in Aboh Mbaise LGA of Imo State was on Thursday afternoon kidnapped by yet-to-be-identified Gunmen.
The Monarch by name, Eze Charles Iroegbu was abducted alongside some of his cabinet chiefs and their family members.
According to reports, their three vehicles were abandoned on the road as the kidnappers whisked them away to unknown locations
The victims were coming from a traditional wedding at Mbano when they were kidnapped by gunmen.
The kidnapped Eze Iroegbu is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of All States Mass Transit.
