Performing lawmaker representing Owerri North State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Philip Ejiogu, popularly known as Mr. Integrity was at Nkwerre yesterday to commission some fresh projects in the Local Government Area.
The projects which included newly constructed school classrooms and an ICT centre were handled by the prestigious HEMZ Foundation under renowned Philanthropist, Engineer Nwosu Ekwe Eme.

Thanking the philanthropist, Honourable Philip Ejiogu expressed gratitude over his kind-heartedness and how it would be able to impact on the Local Government Area.
The Clasroom blocks
Taking to his official Facebook page, he wrote:
‘Was a pleasure yesterday as I was fully present to commission some major projects in Nkwerre state Local government ably built by the Hemz Foundation. A fully renovated classroom block of five classes including the Principal’s office and also an establishment of an ICT centre in another School. God bless Engr Nnamdi Nwosu Ekwe Eme 1 of Africa! Omere Ora 1 of Nkwerre for this lovely gesture. #hemzfoundation.’
