The National Coordinator of the All Progressives Grand Alliance Media Warriors Forum, Evang. Chinedu Obigwe has described last week’s endorsement of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah for Anambra governorship by a celebrity hospitality businessman, Cubana Chief Priest as a publicity stunt that won’t have any significant effect on the election outcome by next year.

Obigwe stated that in celebrating such endorsement, the Ubah political camp was only making a mockery of their emptiness

He explained that Cubana Chief Priest lacks the requisite political clout to come from imo State and install Ubah as Anambra Governor.

“Cubana Chief Priest should ask Governor Hope Uzodinma his boss what he got from Anambra electorates in 2021 when he attempted to impose Andy Uba as Anambra Governor on them”

“The undisputed fact is that Anambra is not imo State. They can toy with imo State but you dare not toy with Anambra because the good people of the State will eat you like cream crackers biscuits”

“Ifeanyi Ubah making 25 million naira donation to Cubana Chief Priest birthday celebration just for the purpose of securing his endorsement ahead of the 2025 governorship election is a wasted investment.”

Obigwe said that all that transpired at that birthday celebration was a millennium joke that will not yield any fruitful result for Ubah.’s governorship ambition.

His desperation manifested itself when he openly pleaded with Cubana Chief Priest in the video being circulated by his political camp to come to Anambra State and do another endorsement of his dead on arrival governorship ambition.

“With what the people of Anambra know about the Ubah, they will never allow him to be entrusted with their future.

“Cubana Chief Priest must be told in plain language that ‘Anambra no be Imo State and will never be Imo State” he said.

The Eastern Updates reports that Governor Soludo will be seeking re-election by next year.
