The Eastern Updates reports that an unidentified motorcyclist was washed off a drainage in Nnobi, Anambra State, as a result of a heavy down pour in the area on Wednesday afternoon.
The inhabitants of Nnobi and other passers-by who were seen around the motorcyclist, trying to resuscitate him said that after the heavy rainfall, the lifeless body of the yet to be identified cyclist was seen in the nearby gutter at the popular Nnobi junction, from where they brought him, off the flooded gutters.

Eyewitnesses said that the man’s motorcycle was seen up the slope leading from Nnokwa to Nnobi. Meanwhile, the lifeless body was still at the junction as at the time of filling this report.
