The Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB), yesterday came out to allege that some terrorist Fulani herdsmen who were sacked from Oji River province, Enugu State, were on their way to attack the people of Anambra State, according to its intelligence report.
The movement made this disclosure through its image maker, Emma Powerful, stating that the Fulani terrorists (herdsmen) are coming to the State into Nnewi and Awka, disguising as businessmen when they are terrorists coming for attacks.
The image maker accused Hon. Chris Obiora, the Nnewi North Transition Committee chairman, and his gang, of being the brains behind the influx of Fulanis to Nnewi North.
‘These satanic agents being aided into Nnewi are coming to increase insecurity, kidnapping, rapping of women, and terrorism. We want sons and daughters of Nnewi North to hold their TC chairman responsible for any Fulani attacks in any community because this man is working with our enemies.
“Governor Chukwuma Soludo, must watch the Nnewi North TC chairman closely and be ready to take immediate action because he is importing terrorists to Nnewi. Nnewi is in the heart of every righteous Igbo man and woman because it is the home of our eternal leader, Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu.
‘Moreover, Nnewi stands tall as a Biafran industrial revolution center providing high level of employment to many Igbo youths. Nnewi is a very important and strategic place that needs to be protected. Any form of terrorist attack at Nnewi will be a big blow to Biafra and to Ndigbo in particular,’ he warned
He accused the council chairman, Obiora and Ethelbert Iheri, of using Anambra State vigilante groups, (AVG), in hunting and killing innocent members of the IPOB.
The IPOB spokesman warned that the duo are being monitored pointing out that nobody should blame IPOB when it will revenge, even as he hinted that since Soludo formed the AVG, it has not chased away Fulani terrorists out of Biafran farms and bushes but rather go after innocent citizens and IPOB members.
