Peter Obi who is the Labour Party presidential candidate and the former Governor of Anambra State has hailed the Nigerian-born Miracle Izuchukwu for her fabulous feat of being the youngest female commercial pilot in the United States.
The 25-year-old is now the youngest female commercial pilot in the United States.
In a tweet, Obi said she made history and also made her country proud.
“My very warm congratulations to Miracle Izuchukwu, 25. She’s Nigerian, and the youngest commercial female pilot in the USA.
“Like her compatriots all over the world, she made her country proud while making history”, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate wrote.
In 2019, Miracle joined the aviation industry as a flight attendant with American Airlines.
Miracle had revealed that she always wanted to become a pilot since her first encounter with one while working as a customer service representative.
Earlier in an Instagram post, she spoke of her dream to join the elite group of 7% of females and 1% of black female pilots in the world.
“It’s an exhilarating, yet surreal feeling to introduce myself to the world as a Pilot”, Miracle wrote.
In another report, Peter Obi has finally come out to explain why he attended Dunamis International Gospel Centre on Friday.
Obi had explained that he attended Dunamis church to fellowship and thank God.
He disclosed this while posting images of him at the church’s Mid-Year praise and worship night.
Recall that the former Anambra State governor’s presence was heralded by a large ovation from members of the church.
During the service, Enenche had called the political leaders to the altar and asked them to say some words over Nigeria. The Senior Pastor of the church, Paul Enenche, had invited Obi, the wife of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential running mate,. Ifeanyi Okowa, Edith; Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom State among other political leaders in the country.
