MBBS Examination: Ikpeazu Commends ABSUTH

Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has praised the students, management, and staff of Abia State University Teaching Hospital (ABSUTH), Aba, for excelling in the just concluded 4th and 5th MBBS examination.

Okiyi also stated that the Governor has directed his Chief of Staff, Prof ACB Agbazuere, to urgently intervene in the public power supply challenges faced by the students of ABSUTH with a view to ensuring that they were resolved immediately.

A detailed report by the Chief Medical Director of ABSUTH, Dr. Offiah Awah which was obtained by The Eastern Updates, revealed that 80% of final (5th) year MBBS students of the institution passed the examination with 7 distinctions in surgery.
