Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has affirmed his dedication to giving the judiciary the recognition it merits.
He made this announcement while attending a brief event held at Umuahia’s High Court Complex.
Chief of Staff Pastor Caleb Ajagba, standing in for Governor Alex Otti, stressed the governor’s dedication to ensuring justice and the rule of law in the state.
He pointed out that it is crucial to provide those undertaking this responsibility with an excellent working atmosphere.
He made it clear that his profound respect for the judiciary and the rule of law has always been evident. Additionally, he lauded the harmonious partnership between the executive and judicial branches of government.

Justice Lilian Abai, the Chief Judge of Abia State, noted Governor Alex Otti’s dedication to fostering a judiciary-friendly environment as she received the papers and keys for the vehicles.
She took the opportunity to thank the governor for handing out vehicles to the judges and conveyed her optimism for a stronger working rapport with the executive.
Justice Okezie Enyinnaya, while delivering the vote of thanks, expressed his appreciation on behalf of his fellow beneficiaries and thanked the Governor for his generous gesture towards him and the other judges.
He promised that they would use the vehicles judiciously and uphold their duty without any partiality.
