The statement added: ‘Those affected by this directive should adhere strictly and avoid actions that could cause disruption of government activities in the aforementioned institutions.’

In another report, the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has advised Governor Alex Otti of Abia State not to abuse the privilege God has given him by making him Governor, urging him to work for Abia people.

He spoke at the special thanksgiving service organised at Umuahia, on Sunday where he called on Otti to always consider the poor and downtrodden in his policies and programmes.

He added that pensioners, civil servants, and others should feel the positive impact of his governance, expressing worry that Nigeria’s leadership is still in the hands of the wrong people.
