The Imo State House of Assembly has today finalised the impeachment process for the Majority leader and lawmaker representing the Ikeduru State Constituency, Honourable Uche Ogbuagu.
He has been replaced with Owerri West State Representative, Honourable Kanayo Dele Onyemaechi as Majority Leader of the Imo State House of Assembly.

Uche Ogbuagu who was a tele-comedian before joining politics is a severe critic of Rochas Okorocha and politicians down the years and he was also a staunch member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) until his defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in January 2020 when Governor Hope Uzodinma came into power.
