The General Overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has lashed out at those describing him as a fake prophet.

Odumeje distanced himself from the use of fake powers or native doctors being the source of his power.

The Eastern Updates reports that this is coming after a warning by gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan that Christians should be weary of the ‘abido shaker’ trend, stressing that it makes a mockery of the Christian faith.

“Been seeing videos and people writing ‘Abido Shaker’ and the rest… Believers, the things we find funny are a mockery of our faith. We should shut things like this down! No, it’s not funny! You will be shocked at how gullible some people are! #wakeup,” Oyekan said.

However, Odumeje, in a viral TikTok video, said that his miracles are all about Jesus, adding that he’s Christlike.

According to Odumeje: “I don’t have anything to do with fake power; only Jesus appears to me. I have never gone to any place or native doctor to seek power. It’s all about Jesus.”

In another report, Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has brushed aside the rumours making rounds that Chief Pete Edochie is in support of the drama between Yul and his mistress, Judy Austin.

The Eastern Updates reports that Rita took to her Instagram page to clear the air in reaction to allegations from netizens that have resulted in a lot of backlash.

The movie star revealed that Pete Edochie received numerous backlash from netizens accusing him of supporting Judy Austin while starring in their film.

She went on to add that Chief Pete Edochie’s involvement in a contentious film was due to his dedication to his career, and he was uninformed of the producer’s identity.
