The industrial city of Nnewi in Anambra State was rocked by a security crisis on Tuesday when unknown assailants kidnapped three workers from the motorcycle showroom of INNOSON Motor Manufacturing Company Limited.
Superintendent of Police Ikenga Tochukwu, who serves as the spokesman for the Anambra Police Command, revealed that the victims were kidnapped at around 6:45 pm from the INNOSON motorcycle showroom on Owerri Road in Nnewi.

Ikenga Tochukwu, the spokesperson for the Police Command, assured that the authorities are committed to the task and have already initiated rescue operations, using information gathered from the scene to guide their efforts.
The command also urged residents or anyone with useful information that will aid the investigation to come forward to the police headquarters, Awka, or the nearest police station.
