Leading government representatives in Anambra State have voiced their appreciation for Governor Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s unwavering dedication to fostering the rapid advancement of the state.
The acknowledgment was given following the conclusion of a 2-day Workshop on Performance Management and Appraisal System, conducted for the State Ministry of Lands staff, hosted at the Seminar/Workshop Hall in Arnold & Associates Headquarters, Millennium City Layout, Awka, on Friday.
Addressing the workshop, the State Commissioner for Lands, Prof. Offornze Amucheazi, SAN, emphasized that all participants had exhibited their readiness to back the Governor in executing his strategic plan, which encompasses a fundamental shift in the execution of public service.
He also mentioned their dedication to exploring economic diversification into non-oil sectors and intensifying efforts to revitalize the state’s Internally Generated Revenue mechanism through effective and efficient land use and administration.

The Commissioner and the workshop attendees expressed their appreciation to Governor Soludo for establishing the necessary foundation for the workshop.
During his closing statements and expression of gratitude, the Commissioner underscored that the workshop’s aim is to empower Ministry employees with the essential knowledge and capabilities to achieve the ambitions of Governor Prof. Chukwuma Soludo CFR for the state. He also noted that the ongoing administration would achieve significant results for the benefit of all.
The Commissioner also extended his thanks to Mr. Arnold Ekweoba, CEO of Arnold Ekweoba and Associates Limited, for providing the workshop venue, along with acknowledging Ubosi Eleh & Co and McTimothy Associates Consulting LLC, who were the workshop facilitators.
Arnold & Associates, on their end, congratulated the Commissioner and the entire management and staff of the Ministry of Lands for taking this strategic and progressive action in fulfilling Governor Soludo’s vision of making Anambra State a vibrant and prosperous homeland.
