Catholic Diocese Lifts Ban On Mbaka’s Adoration Ministry

In lieu of the recent ban on his church due to petitions from some of the Catholic stakeholders, the Catholic Diocese of Enugu has finally lifted the ban which had been slammed on Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka’s adoration ministry.

This had also been disclosed in a terse statement by Rev Fr, Ejike Mbaka via a Facebook post on Thursday.

The statement read, ”Dear Adorers, to the glory of God, Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria Amen, starts on Sunday 2nd October 2022 with 10am Mass at the Adoration ground Umuchigbo Iji Nike Emene Enugu State.

God bless you miraculously as you come to worship God with us, Rev Fr, Ejike Mbaka”

In a previous report, the Embattled Catholic priest, Fr. Ejike Mbaka who is the Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria, had openly warned some of his followers against the incessant bashing on the Enugu Diocesan Bishop, Most Rev Callistus Onaga as the aftermath of his recent scathing comments on Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Obi come to an end.

Some of Mbaka’s aredent followers had stormed the Adoration ground on Sunday in disobedience to the ban on Mbaka and Adoration Ministry by Bishop Onaga. Onaga had shut down the Adoration Ministry after Mbaka prophesied against Peter Obi’s presidential ambition.

However, in a statement released on Monday, Mbaka told his supporters to obey the directives of Bishop Onaga.

In a live video on the ministry’s Facebook page, Mbaka who said he is currently on a personal retreat following the controversies surrounding his outbursts, said the Adoration ministry had no plan to attack the Bishop.

According to him, the said Elijah who made the utterance to kill Bishop Onaga is a verified psychiatric patient who should not be taken seriously.
