In another development, the kidnapped Vice-Chairman of the Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief Frank Ozue, on Wednesday night, regained freedom after spending three days in the kidnappers den.

The Eastern Updates gathered that the politician’s family paid N7m to secure his release from the gunmen who kidnapped him along Iwhre-Ovie/Oviri-Ogor Road in Ogor Town, off Ughelli/Evwreni section of the East-West Road on Sunday.

After regaining his freedom, Ozue took to his Facebook page on Thursday morning to confirm the development.

‘I regained my freedom from daredevil extremists, Hausas living within us, now turned Boko Haram in our communities,’ the politician said.
