The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, has approved the appointment of Otuonye Anthony O. as the new General Manager of Abia State Signage and Advertisement Agency (ABSAA).
The Governor made the appointment on Monday.

A statement issued and signed by the Secretary to Abia State Government, Barr Chris Ezem confirmed the development.
The appointment is with immediate effect.
