The conductor of a truck loaded with petroleum product was crushed to his death when his truck crashed at Ezu Agulu lake bridge, Anambra State.
Residents of the area and passersbys who helped in the rescue mission attributed the cause of the accident to over-speeding and brake failure.

Men of the Nigeria Police Force, Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Federal, and the Anambra State Fire Service, were seen managing traffic at the scene of the accident. The corpse has been taken to the mortuary.
