French President Emmanuel Macron has on tuesday warned the Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu “to not forget his country was created as a result of a resolution adopted by the United Nations”, while urging Israel to abide by United Nations’ decisions.
Netanyahu responded by saying he was opposed to agreeing to a “unilateral ceasefire” in Lebanon during a call with Macron.
