During a stakeholder engagement in Umuahia, Rev. Fr. Christian Anokwuru, a key policy adviser to the governor, shared plans to transform the industry, introducing a draft policy aimed at promoting transparency and accountability.
By convening this hearing, the coordinator sought to democratize the policymaking process, soliciting expert opinions and buy-in from stakeholders to create a harmonized framework that benefits both the industry and the state.
